This honey is collected by the bees on the campus of the University of Augsburg. The bees mainly enjoy the numerous linden trees. The honey is never heated above 35 degrees during harvesting and is processed gently. Thus, all valuable natural components, as well as the fresh, minty taste of the organic honey are fully preserved.
